If your energy dips at 2 p.m., the fix is often in the first hour of your day. This simple routine takes about twenty minutes and helps men over 40 feel steadier. A supplement like SodaPower can be a small part of it, alongside the habits below.
1. Drink water first
After a night's sleep you are a little dry. A tall glass of water before coffee helps you wake up.
2. Get light and move
Step outside for five to ten minutes. Morning light helps set your body clock, and a short walk gets blood moving. Regular movement is one of the best long-term supports for energy, mood and circulation.
3. Eat a real breakfast
Aim for protein, such as eggs or yogurt, plus fiber from fruit or oats. A balanced plate keeps your energy smooth from start to finish.
4. Take your drops with breakfast
If you use SodaPower, this is a good time. Shake the bottle and take one to two full droppers. The formula includes guarana for natural energy, plus maca and ginseng as traditional energy herbs.
5. Keep the rest of the day easy
Enjoy your coffee or tea early, drink water through the afternoon, and take a short stroll after lunch. Read our guarana guide for a full plan.
6. Protect your sleep
Seven to nine hours is the target. Keep a regular bedtime, keep the room cool and dark, and put screens away before bed.
Track it for two weeks
Write one line each evening: energy from 1 to 5, mood, and hours slept. After two weeks, you will see which habits give you the biggest lift.
